Jason Xu, a managing member of TX Multifamily Solutions, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the properties. He manages all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, maintenance, marketing, and ensuring the properties run smoothly. Jason defines the operational processes and implements best practices to ensure efficiency. Additionally, he conducts training for staff to maintain high standards of service. He also develops and executes marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants while promptly addressing any operational issues. His hands-on approach ensures the properties are well-maintained, effectively marketed, and that tenants receive exceptional service. 

Shuang Tai, a managing member of TX Multifamily Solutions, is responsible for overseeing the overall financial health of the properties. She manages budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure the properties remain profitable and financially stable. Shuang regularly reviews financial reports, monitors cash flow, and analyzes expenses to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. She also oversees legal processes, such as evictions, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely resolution of issues. In addition, Shuang manages the invoice payment process, ensuring that property invoices are paid on time. She communicates with lenders, insurance agents, and CPAs to maintain strong financial relationships and ensure the properties are properly insured, funded, and compliant with tax regulations.
